NABSA provides NMR (300 and 600 MHz) and Mass spectral services from the University of Botswana in Gaborone.

African scientists who wish to benefit from NABSA services need to make arrangements with the coordinator or with one of the contact persons prior to sending samples for analysis. Raw spectral data generated at the laboratories is uploaded on an ftp server set up for the purpose.

Scientists at the University of Dschang in Cameroon and at the University of Dar es Salam in Tanzania with remote NMR workstations can access the data directly and process them themselves.

Hard copy of processed NMR and MS data is sent by courier to NABSA beneficiaries without workstations.
